Handpanion is a UK-based store and currently ships to UK customers only.

 

Handpanion-Fulfilled Orders

 

Most products on Handpanion, including accessories and physical items, are packed and shipped directly by Handpanion from the United Kingdom using protective packaging to help ensure items arrive safely.

 

UK Orders

- Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.

- You choose your preferred service at checkout.

 

Processing Time

- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

 

Handpans Fulfilled by the Maker

 

Some handpans sold on Handpanion are made and fulfilled directly by the instrument maker rather than shipped by Handpanion.

For these products:

 

- Shipping is not charged at checkout.

- After purchase, the maker will contact you directly to arrange delivery and confirm shipping costs.

- These listings are available to UK customers only.

 

This fulfilment method applies only to selected handpan products and does not affect other items on the Handpanion store.

 

International & EU Orders

 

Handpanion does not currently ship orders outside the United Kingdom.

Customers in the EU or other regions can purchase selected Handpanion products via our Etsy store, where shipping and any applicable import charges are handled through Etsy’s checkout system.
