Handpanion is a UK-based store and currently accepts returns from UK customers only.

 

Returns (Handpanion-Fulfilled Products)

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:

 

- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

- It must be in its original packaging

- You’ll need proof of purchase

Returns must not be sent back without prior approval.

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to put things right.

 

Handpans Fulfilled by the Maker

 

Some handpans sold on Handpanion are made and fulfilled directly by the instrument maker.


Because these instruments are shipped directly by the maker:

 

- Return and refund requests for handpans are handled in coordination with the    maker

- Returns are subject to the maker’s own return and refund terms

 

If you wish to request a return or refund for a handpan, please contact Handpanion first at support@handpanion.com. We will liaise with the maker to confirm the available options and next steps.


This applies only to handpans fulfilled by the maker and does not affect other products sold and shipped by Handpanion.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.


If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or card provider.

 

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged.
